Q- What do we need to do to prepare the area for a inflatable.

A- Mow your grass 2 days before your rental date, not the day of.

Pick up trimmings, its well worth it.

Trim any low hanging branches where inflatable will be.

Pick up any glass or nails.

Pick up any dog poop the day before and the morning of. Nothing worst than a stinky backyard.

If you don't really have grass, please let us know so we can bring a extra tarp to lay down.

Q- What if its raining on the day of my party?

A-If it's raining we will not be able to set up any inflatable units.

If it's sprinkling we can come out and set up your inflatable depending on future weather patterns.

Once we drop off inflatable we do not offer any discounts or refunds if its starts raining and you are not able to use the unit.

No cancellation fees will applied if cancelled due to rain. We Can always reschedule or refund deposit.

Q- Can we set up on concrete?

A- Yes, but we need to know ahead of time so we can bring proper equipment to secure the inflatable.

Q- Can I use water on a dry unit.

A- No water use of any kind on a dry unit. A $60 fee will be automatically charged to your credit card if any signs of water use.

Q- What do I need to provide for my water slide?

A- The customer needs to provide a water hose that'll reach the location of inflatable, no further than 100ft from a electrical outlet.

Q- How can I upgrade my dry slide to water slide?

A- Give us a call ahead of time so we can bring the proper equipment to switch the slide from dry to wet.

Q- Can we use silly string inside the inflatable ?

A- No, we do not allow silly string use in or around any inflatable. Silly string can cause permanent cosmetic damage if not clean immediately. Any use of silly string will result in $75 cleaning fee and/or additional fees for any permanent cosmetic damage.

Q- Is there a deposit required?

A- Yes, it's 10% of your total which is nonrefundable but goes towards your balance. (We do refund deposit due to rain and wind)

Q- Do you set up in apartments?

A- Unfortunately, we do not set up at apartments.

Q-Can I keep inflatable overnight?

A- Yes, all our units may be left overnight as long as there is a gated backyard and the weather permits.
