What kinds of bounce houses and moon bounces do you have?
Our bounce house range includes classic moon bounces as well as themed options featuring popular characters. This includes Mickey & Friends, Disney Princess, and Marvel Avengers. These units are ideal for birthdays, school events, and family gatherings.
What types of water slides can I rent?
We offer water slides for a variety of age groups, from smaller slides suitable for younger children to large slides measuring over 18 feet tall. Popular options include high-energy slides like the Texas Giant and Blue Typhoon. Many slides can also be paired with bounce houses for longer events.
Do you offer combo bounce houses with slides?
Yes. Our Combo Bounce Houses combine bouncing, climbing, and sliding into one inflatable. Many combos include basketball hoops and can be used wet or dry, making them a flexible choice all year round.
What safety measures are in place for inflatable rentals?
Safety is a priority on every booking. All inflatables are cleaned, sanitised, and inspected before each hire. Units are set up by trained staff using appropriate anchoring methods for the surface, and clear safety instructions are provided at delivery.
Can bounce houses and inflatables be set up indoors?
Yes, many inflatables can be set up indoors provided there is enough floor space and adequate ceiling height. Indoor set-ups are commonly used in gyms, community centres, churches, and large halls. Please let us know the venue details in advance so we can confirm suitability.
What is included with my inflatable rental?
Every rental includes delivery, professional set-up, and take-down. All required equipment such as blowers, extension leads, and safety anchoring is provided. Our team ensures the inflatable is correctly installed and ready for use before leaving.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred inflatable and date. During peak periods such as summer weekends and holidays, earlier booking is strongly advised as availability fills quickly.
Are there weather restrictions?
For safety reasons, inflatables cannot be operated in severe weather conditions such as high winds or heavy rain. If poor weather is forecast, we will work with you to reschedule or refund your booking where applicable.
How should I prepare the set-up area?
Please prepare the area in advance to help ensure a smooth installation:
- Mow grass two days before the rental date, not the day of
- Remove grass trimmings, toys, furniture, and debris
- Trim low-hanging branches near the set-up area
- Check for and remove glass, nails, or sharp objects
- Remove pet waste the day before and the morning of the event
If your set-up area is not grass, please let us know so we can bring an additional ground tarp if required.
What happens if it rains on the day of my event?
If it is raining, we cannot set up inflatables. Light sprinkling may still allow set-up depending on conditions. Once an inflatable has been delivered and set up, no refunds are offered if weather later prevents use.
There are no cancellation fees if you cancel due to rain. We can reschedule your booking or refund your deposit where applicable.
Can inflatables be set up on concrete or hard surfaces?
Yes, but we must be informed in advance so we can bring the correct anchoring equipment to secure the inflatable safely.
Can water be used on a dry unit?
No. Water must not be used on any dry unit. If signs of water use are found, a $60 fee will be charged automatically.
What do I need to provide for a water slide?
You will need to provide a standard garden hose that reaches the inflatable location. The set-up area must be within 100 feet of an electrical outlet for the blower.
Can a dry slide be upgraded to a water slide?
Yes, in some cases. Please contact us ahead of time so we can confirm availability and bring the correct equipment.
Is silly string allowed?
No. Silly string is not allowed in or around any inflatable. Any use will result in a $75 cleaning fee and possible additional charges for permanent damage.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied to your total balance. Deposits are refunded if a booking is cancelled due to rain or high winds.
Do you set up at apartment complexes?
Unfortunately, we do not set up inflatables at apartment complexes.
What size space do I need for a bounce house or water slide?
Space requirements vary depending on the inflatable. Standard units from our Bounce Houses range fit most backyards, while larger items like Water Slides and Obstacle Course rentals require more room. If you are unsure, contact us before booking and we can confirm space needs for your chosen inflatable.
Do you offer inflatables for toddlers and younger children?
Yes. We offer smaller bounce houses and water slides designed specifically for younger children. These are popular for early-age birthday parties and family gatherings where safety and scale are important.
Can adults use your inflatables?
Many of our inflatables, including obstacle courses and larger slides, are suitable for adults as well as children. Product descriptions will indicate recommended age groups, and we are happy to advise if you are planning a mixed-age event.
Do you provide obstacle courses for school and large events?
Yes. Our Obstacle Course rentals are commonly used for school field days, church events, and community celebrations. Options range from compact courses to full 62-foot challenges designed for racing and competition.
Can I rent multiple inflatables for one event?
Absolutely. Many customers book a combination of Bounce Houses, Water Slides, and obstacle courses to create activity zones for different age groups. We can also supply generators if power access is limited.
Do you offer party extras like tables, chairs, or generators?
Yes. Alongside inflatables, we offer practical add-ons from our Party Extras range, including tables, chairs, and generators. These are ideal for outdoor events, parks, and larger gatherings.
How early will you arrive to set up?
We aim to arrive with plenty of time to complete setup well before your event start time. Larger inflatables such as water slides and obstacle courses take longer to install, so early arrival helps everything run smoothly.
Do you clean inflatables between rentals?
Yes. All inflatables are cleaned, sanitised, and inspected before every hire. This applies to bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, and combo units.
Can inflatables be used during cooler months?
Yes. Bounce houses, dry slides, and obstacle courses are popular year-round. Water slides may also be used in cooler months as dry slides, as each unit includes an inflated landing area for safe use.
Do you offer themed inflatables for birthdays?

Do you deliver outside of San Antonio?
Yes. In addition to San Antonio, we regularly deliver to nearby areas including Alamo Heights, Balcones Heights, Castle Hills, Converse, Shavano Park, and surrounding communities.
What happens after I place my booking?
After booking, our team will confirm your order within one business day. On the day of your event, our delivery team will contact you to confirm arrival time and complete professional setup.
Can I keep the inflatable overnight?
Yes. Inflatables may be left overnight provided the yard is fully gated and weather conditions are suitable.
